Availability

Our Christmas items are available for pick up only on Christmas Eve
Items will be perfectly fine to eat on Christmas Day or Boxing Day, however we don't recommend keeping them past this point due to a deterioration in quality.
Pastries will be available to order until production quantities are reached. We may have to politely decline your order if we reach capacity quickly.

Payment

Orders will not be considered fully confirmed until we have received your deposit of at least 50%.
We will provide you with a secure payment link, but are unable to accept deposits in the cafe.
Deposits will not be refundable after Friday 19 December for any orders cancelled after this date.

Time Slots

Time slots will be available in 15 minute increments, and we will allow for 3 guests per time.
Pickups between 9am and 10:30am are FULLY BOOKED, please request a time after this.
We will do our best to accomodate your request when booking, however due to high demand, we ask you to be flexible with your request.
Please show up at your allocated time as we will need to ask you to wait if you are early so that other guests can be served first.

Items available

We will have a very large selection of our regular pastries throughout the day and we encourage you to visit the patisserie on Christmas Eve even if you aren't able to book one of our Christmas items.
Keep an eye on our social media on the day and we may be able to release additional Christmas items.
We will not be taking pre-orders for our everyday items for pick up on Christmas Eve.
