The Black Forest Gâteau for Christmas 2025 is made of a Kirsch soaked chocolate sponge, cherry mousse, Morello cherry gel and a Madagascan vanilla cream. Sprayed with a white chocolate velour and topped with cherry mousse, vanilla cream, and chocolate shavings.
