ORDERS ARE NOW CLOSED!

Our Christmas selections will only be available for pick up on Christmas Eve. We are unable to provide for collections any other day. 

We are only able to take orders for the items below for Christmas Eve, unfortunately our other items will not be available for special order. 

For all Christmas orders, we will require payment in full upon ordering. We will send a secure link via our till system and once received, this will be your order confirmed. If you encounter any problems with the payment link, please contact us immediately. 

Please be sure to add our domain, @lazyclaire.co.uk and our email addresses, christmas@lazyclaire.co.uk & orders@lazyclaire.co.uk to your permitted senders. If you have not heard back, be sure to check your junk box as our emails are sometimes filtered out. 

Be advised that due to an anticipated heavy volume of emails, we will endeavour to respond to your email no later than 48 hours after receipt. If you have not heard from us by this time, please send a follow up message to one of the addresses above. 

We will make an attempt to follow up if we have not heard from you, but any unanswered emails will result in an unconfirmed order. 

AFTER CLOSING PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US WITH A REQUEST FOR AN ORDER AS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO FULFIL IT. 

Collections will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. We will begin collections from opening at 9am and continue until 2pm preferably, however we may be able to arrange slightly later. 

We may not be able to accommodate your specified time, however we will give you a slot as close as possible. 

All our pastries will be packaged in our cake boxes and we recommend keeping them in the refrigerator until serving. 

Any left-overs will be perfectly edible 1-2 days after purchase, however there may be a slight deterioration in quality. Keep left-overs in an airtight container away from odours to retain freshness.
