Ordering Details

We typically require at least 7-days' notice for all orders, however there may be times when we can accomodate your order with less than this. Please get in touch to determine what we can provide.
Collection is from 10am from Wednesday to Friday and from 11am on Saturday and Sunday from our Castlereagh patisserie. We are not able to arrange for collection on days that we are closed.
We are not able to make bespoke or customisable orders and only the items pictured on our website are available for special orders.
Bespoke colours for macarons are possible, however we will coordinate with you timeframes and a non-refundable deposit to cover the costs of research & development of your particular colour.
We will require a minimum deposit of 50% to be paid for all orders and a secure link will be sent to you. The remainder can paid before or at collection depending on personal preference.
Our pastries are best eaten on the day, however you can still enjoy them the day after. Ensure to keep them in the fridge in the cake box provided. We don't recommend keeping any leftovers past one day due to a deterioration in quality.
