Ordering T&C

All orders must be placed with no less than 5 day's notice due to our production schedule. Any orders less than this will be charged a priority/rush fee as outlined below.
Collection is from 10am from Wednesday to Friday and from 11am on Saturday and Sunday from our Castlereagh patisserie.
Only the items pictured on our website are available for special order. Bespoke or previous items are unable to be requested.
We will require a minimum deposit of 50% to be paid for all orders and a secure link will be sent to you. The remainder can paid before or at collection depending on personal preference.
Our pastries are best eaten on the day due to our exacting standards to quality and excellence. We highly discourage you from serving special orders to guests on any other day than the day they are made.
Please make us aware of any allergy or dietary requirements when enquiring. For specific information please consult each item's description or click here for general advice.

priority ordering

We are able to take rush or priority orders with a minimum of 2 days' notice up to 4 days' notice.
Orders with less than 2 days' notice are unable to be accepted under any circumstances. We will also inform you if your order would not be able to be accepted due to our production schedule.
Pricing for a priority order will be based on how close your request is to the date of collection and the item requested.
This fee is in addition to the original price of the item and any delivery fees and will be provided in a quote for you to approve.
We must hear back from you within 24-hours to ensure your order is confirmed and paid in full before we can rush your order.
As always, we are unable to accept any rush or priority orders for a Monday or Tuesday as the patisserie is closed.
