Hours: 25 hours per week minimum to start, moving to full time with experience. Open to discussing full time with more experienced candidates.
You should be available Wednesday to Sunday as early as 4:30am, and Tuesday from 8am. Mondays and at least one other day off per week.
Lazy Claire Patisserie is looking for a passionate and driven pastry chef to join our team. You must have experience in a professional kitchen although bakery experience will be considered. You should have a minimum of 6 months to a year experience with pastry as we will not be able to train entry-level chefs. Previous experience with laminated doughs is beneficial but not required.
We operate to exacting standards and the position requires both self-discipline as well as an exemplary eye for detail.
